Cancellation & Refund Policy

We provide a fully functional 3-day free trial without requiring any credit card or payment details. We strongly encourage all users to download and test the Hirebotai desktop application, evaluate its system compatibility, and verify performance on their hardware before making any purchase.

Hirebotai delivers digital license keys that are instantly generated and bound to the user's hardware identifier (HWID) upon activation. Because digital licenses cannot be reclaimed once issued and activated:

• All license key purchases (Day Pass, Week Pass, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Lifetime) are non-refundable once activated.
• Please ensure you have tested the application during the free trial period before completing your purchase.

If you are on an active recurring subscription (Monthly or Yearly Pro):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@hirebotai.in.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active and usable until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
• No further recurring charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within an active billing period.

In the rare event of a technical billing error—such as an accidental duplicate charge or a successful deduction where a license key was not delivered:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction at hello@hirebotai.in with your Razorpay Payment ID and registered email.
• Verified duplicate payments or unfulfilled orders will be refunded in full back to your original payment source (bank account/UPI/card) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with Razorpay banking standards.
