Hirebotai exclusively provides digital software goods and services, including Windows desktop software downloads and activation license keys. We do not sell, stock, or ship any physical goods or tangible media.

All purchases made on this website are delivered electronically and automatically:

• Instant On-Screen Display: Upon successful payment completion via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay), your unique cryptographic license key is immediately displayed on screen on the order confirmation and download page.
• Confirmation Email: A copy of your license key, plan details, receipt, and desktop installer download link is simultaneously dispatched to the email address entered during checkout.
• Software Download: The Hirebotai Windows installation package is freely downloadable at any time directly from our official website at hirebotai.in/download.

Delivery is instantaneous (typically within 10 to 60 seconds of successful payment processing).

In rare circumstances involving external payment network verification, banking network delays, or high server load, delivery may take up to two (2) hours. If you have not received your license key within two hours of payment, please contact our support team immediately.

Because all products are delivered electronically over the Internet, there are zero shipping fees (₹0 / Nil) applicable to any purchase on Hirebotai.

If you completed a payment but did not receive your license key on screen or in your email inbox (please also check your Spam / Promotions folder):

Email us at hello@hirebotai.in with your Razorpay Payment ID and registered email address. Our team will verify the payment ledger and manually issue your license key within 12 business hours.
